1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related raja07 policies:

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the raja07 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform or complete the registration process, whichever occurs earlier.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device used to access raja07 — whether desktop, mobile browser, or any other means of access. If you are accessing raja07 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms, you do so on their behalf.

raja07 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via the Platform. Your continued use of raja07 following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3Eligibility

To register and use the raja07 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by raja07. Individuals under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold a raja07 Account.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of raja07, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the raja07 Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.

4Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on raja07, you must create a registered Account. The following rules govern Account registration and maintenance:

4.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete , current, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. raja07 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active raja07 Account. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, raja07 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending wagers, and forfeit any balances held therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. raja07 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify raja07 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

raja07 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

raja07 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. raja07 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in your own name that matches your verified raja07 Account details. Before any withdrawal is processed, your Account must be fully KYC-verified. raja07 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; raja07 will endeavor to process approved withdrawals promptly.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus balances are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have satisfied all applicable conditions are eligible for withdrawal. raja07 reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonus amounts from a withdrawal request where wagering requirements have not been met.

6Bonuses & Promotions

raja07 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. raja07 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.
• raja07 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7Gameplay Rules

All games available on the raja07 Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all raja07 games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under independent oversight.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, raja07's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. raja07's decision in such matters is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. raja07 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• raja07 reserves the right to void any wager that is placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed after an event has concluded.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or automated betting systems.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the raja07 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one raja07 Account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine laws or regulations.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward raja07 staff or other Players.

9Responsible Gaming

raja07 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its Platform. We recognize that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

All Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits within their Account settings. Players who feel they need a break may request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion at any time by contacting raja07 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and without question.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the raja07 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design — is the property of raja07 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any raja07 content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of raja07 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, raja07 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

raja07's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their raja07 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

raja07 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. raja07 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.

12Termination

raja07 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player's Account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at raja07's sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or security checks. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

You may close your raja07 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. If you are closing your Account for responsible gaming reasons, we encourage you to also request self-exclusion to prevent re-registration.

13Privacy

Your use of the raja07 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how raja07 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By using raja07, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements and our legitimate business interests.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and raja07, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15Amendments to These Terms

raja07 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, raja07 will provide notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the raja07 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
